Thank you for choosing Code 61 ! We want to ensure that you have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience with us, including the delivery of your favorite clothing items. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping and delivery:

Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 working hours of being placed. Please note that processing times may vary during high-demand periods or sales. No orders are processed on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Costs:

  • We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above 990/-
  • A flat fee of rupees 50 is charged on any orders below 990/-
  • Cash on delivery charges are rupees 100/-
  • A flat fee of rupees 50 and 150 will be charged on any prepaid and cash on delivery orders respectively, placed during sale. 

Delivery Times:

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Usual shipping time for metro cities in 2-3 working days, tier 1 cities is 4-6 working days. However some times it may take longer as we use third party delivery services

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and a confirmation on registered Whatsapp number that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your order.

Shipping Partners:

  • We work with reputable shipping partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our partners are committed to providing a reliable service. Our majority of the parcels are currently shipped using Bluedart.

Delivery Address:

  • Please ensure that the delivery address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

  • In the rare event of a lost or significantly delayed shipment, please contact our customer support team at support@Code61.in . We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
